Who we are

What we collect

Through the quote and contact forms we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and the cargo details you enter. For live shipments we additionally hold the documentation needed to move and clear the cargo, including consignee, invoice and packing details.

The site does not create user accounts, so there is no login history to hold.

Why we hold it

To quote, to book carriage, to lodge customs documentation, to invoice, and to answer you. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties beyond the carriers, terminals, customs authorities and regional partners necessary to perform the movement.

How long we keep it

• Quotation enquiries that do not become bookings — 24 months
• Shipment files — seven years, to satisfy customs and tax record-keeping
• Form submissions are deleted sooner on request where no retention rule applies

Cookies and embedded content

The site sets only functional cookies needed to operate, and analytics cookies if an analytics service is enabled. No advertising profiles are built.

The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Loading it lets their servers see your IP address. No Google services are embedded, so no third-party advertising cookie is set by the map.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no statutory retention applies. Write to the email address above and we respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how a request was handled, say so in writing to the same address and it will be reviewed by the operations manager.
